General Information

In general patients resident within the UK require a referral letter from their GP or physician. In an urgent situation however patients may be seen without the referral letter but your GP will be contacted to keep him or her fully informed.

It is often very helpful if your GP’s letter can be faxed or emailed directly to Dr Qasim's PA. It may be possible to arrange some basic investigations before your clinic appointment to reduce delays.

Patients with medical insurance should review their policy and discuss with the insurer if uncertain regarding the extent of their cover.

Overseas Patients

Overseas patients should, if possible, provide a letter and copy of their medical record from their physician. Please email or fax these to Dr Qasim's PA to allow an appointment and investigations to be planned.
